It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct sizes and items is ordered, The Cricket Shop (TCS), do not take responsibility of the wrong items ordered.

Bat Breakages:

Please refer to our Bat Breakage policy.

Ball Breakage:

Balls are ordered by the customer’s discretion only, no balls will be replaced or repaired once purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research quality of balls. We, however, guarantee that the customers will receive a true representation of the balls ordered.


The Cricket Shop (TCS) does not give out any information to third parties for promotional or any illegal use. We do however supply our couriers with your address information so your parcel can be delivered to your address upon which the third-party courier also does not use this information to supply any other third parties. From time to time your information is used to improve on service and site visiting information.
